Water Chemistry: Surface Tension, Solubility and Dissolvability
Surface tension is caused by the attraction between the molecules of a liquid, and surface tension causes water molecules to stick together. Hard water is loaded with calcium and magnesium ions, where hydrogen bonding results in high surface tension (and friction), as well as mineral scale coating on surfaces.
There are 4 factors that impact solubility: Polarity, Pressure, Stirring and Temperature. Magnation uses all but Temperature to improve solubility and dissolvability.
