As a chemical-free water descaler and softener for industrial, commercial and residential applications, Magnation guarantees reduced total dissolved solids (TDS), reduced energy use by a minimum of 10% (and up to 42%) reduced need for expensive and damaging chemicals. When water flows through Magnation’s specialized magnetic field, hydrodynamic magnetic resonance is applied alongside other principles of physics, thus restructuring and invigorating the water. This inhibits the process of calcification where minerals bond to surfaces, also known as mineral scale buildup.

Magnetic treatment directly influences the carbonate equilibrium in water, leading to the formation of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) particles in solution that then cannot precipitate on pipe walls and other equipment, but rather stay in suspension within the water. First patented in 1945 (Vermeiren), “magnetic water” can be used to prevent and remove scale and is currently common global use of this water technology.

  Magnation’s Turbulator significantly reduced scale formation on the pick heater. Instead of stopping production for cleaning once per day, the team has been able to push cleanings out to once every three days.
